Photographic et scientific collective exhibition at Orléans's Museum, leaded by IAV, Centre Science and INRA under the year of planet Earth. |
Born in 1983, I oriented myself first to sciences, mathematics and computing, before studying art and photography. After a master degree in information technology, I joined the Visual Arts Institute, Orléans’s art school, where I succeeded a master degree in arts and communication in june 2009.
Passionated by travelling, aviation, and photography, I connected these three fields in a production of images linked to social, environmental and policy concerns. Deeply inspired by Dusseldorf Kunstakademie artists like Gursky or Becher, I’m trying through a sensible, distant and objective vision, to testify the growing global irrationality faced to our world’s mutations.
I made my first exhibitions in 2008, "Sol, vie et vue de la Terre" at the Museum of Orleans, "IDEA - Cre@ctivity" at the Piaggio Museum in Pontedera, Italy, and “Le pouvoir de voler” at the Promenade Museum of Marly-le-roi in 2009.
A monograph with a foreword by Gilles A. Tiberghien was published by LME in November 2009.

I wanted to witness by its sufferings an Earth which seems today defeated in the balance of power that we impose to her. I wanted to reveal the relationships we have with our landscapes, in aid of the antagonism of practices and its opposition speeches. We have never talked as much of ecology, nor in the same time, poisoned our planet so much. We never questioned our liberal models as much, and considered the object as a final goal at the same time. From the sky, far from the sweat and homilies, these considerations take shape in a theater of unknown and undervalued geometry, that I try to highlight.
